Returns

If a product arrives damaged, is wrong or is close to its expiry date, contact us within a few days of receiving it with your order code and photos.

Returned items are inspected first. When the return is accepted we refund the amount for the returned items or send a replacement.

For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
